Privacy & legal information
Privacy notice
Last updated: 19 October 2026. This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit antecyber.com or contact Ante.
Who is responsible? Ante is operated by Tsholofelo Rantao, based in Dublin, Ireland. For website enquiries, Tsholofelo Rantao is the data controller. Contact: info@antecyber.com. Ante is a business name, not a statement that a company called Ante or Incub8her Ltd is incorporated.
Information and purposes. If you prepare and send an enquiry, Ante receives the details you choose to include, such as your name, work email, organisation, area of interest and message. They are used to respond, arrange a conversation and consider or prepare a requested service. Please do not send passwords, security codes, incident reports or other sensitive information through this website.
How the form and news section work. The news section requests public RSS headlines from Ireland’s National Cyber Security Centre and the UK National Cyber Security Centre through a Netlify function. The request is made by the site server; the publishers do not receive your browser’s IP address through this feature. Netlify may process technical request logs to operate and secure the function. The enquiry form does not submit or store the form. It creates a draft in your email application; nothing is sent to Ante unless you choose to send that email. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own terms. The site is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical information such as IP address, browser and request logs to deliver, secure and maintain the website. Ante does not use this page to run analytics or advertising tracking.
Lawful basis. Ante uses information you provide to take steps you request before a possible contract and to pursue the legitimate interest of responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website. If you later become a client, information needed to deliver the agreed work or meet legal obligations may be processed on those bases and explained in the relevant engagement terms.
Recipients and transfers. Enquiry information is available to Tsholofelo Rantao and the email provider used to send and receive the message. Netlify may process website technical data as the hosting provider. These providers may use other service providers and may process information outside the European Economic Area under their own terms and transfer safeguards. Ante does not sell enquiry data or use it for automated decisions.
Retention. If an enquiry does not lead to work, Ante intends to delete or anonymise it within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless it must be kept longer to resolve a dispute or comply with law. If work is agreed, relevant records are retained for the period needed to manage the engagement and satisfy applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. Website technical logs are managed by the hosting provider under its retention practices.
Your rights. Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or (where applicable) a copy in portable form. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email info@antecyber.com. You may also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but without them Ante may not be able to respond. No consent is required to simply browse this page.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not include a cookie-based tracking tool. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver or protect the site. Your browser may also store ordinary local data. If the site’s technology changes, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is used.
Website terms
This website provides general information about Ante and its services. It is not legal, regulatory or incident-response advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Information and illustrative scenarios are provided for general awareness; they are not a guarantee that any organisation will prevent or detect every social-engineering incident.
Awareness sessions and workshops are available by agreement. Consultant-led assessments are subject to scoping. The Ante Resilience platform and simulations are in development and are not currently offered as a live service. No testing, simulation, access to systems or other security activity will take place without a separate written scope and the organisation’s explicit authorisation. Any engagement’s deliverables, fees, responsibilities and terms will be agreed in writing before work starts.
You may use this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure. Website content is owned by or used with permission by Ante and may not be republished for commercial use without written permission. To ask a question about these terms, contact info@antecyber.com.
